After you apply, market organizers will review your application and advise accepted vendors how to pay and complete the vendor registration for the event.

 

Terms and Conditions

 

To preserve our ability to hold events at this venue, it's critical that vendors agree to these items. Most of the items are requirements from the City of Orlando:

 

1. Vendors must be set up at least one half hour before the event, and must stay for the full event period.

 

2. Event organizers reserve the right to relocate vendors within the event on the day of the event.

 

3. Vendors are responsible for cleanup in the vicinity of their operations and vacating the premises with an hour of the event’s finish time. Vendors may not leave behind materials for removal later.

 

4. Vendors must supply their own table, chairs, and pop-up tent.   Tables, chairs, and tents are available to rent from local businesses such as Tropical Fun Rentals 407-383-8537 www.tropicalfunrentals.com.

 

5. The vendor booth fee entitles vendors to the use of a designated space at the event and does not include insurance coverage in favor of individual vendors.  The vast majority of spaces are 10'X10', although some events may have 5'X5', 6'X6' or 8'X8' spaces.

 

6. Vendors acknowledge that power is not available for their booth. Each vendor must provide their own power.

 

7. Vehicles are not allowed on any sidewalks or grass at the venue during set up or at any other time -- for safety reasons.  You will drive into the unloading area, unload and park while a volunteer watches your load. Then you load to your space.  Vendors must be present by their designated start time.

 

8.  Vendors may not share booths.

 

9.  Food trucks are the only form of cooking vendors accepted; cookers under tents are not allowed at this location.

 

10.  Tents mus be anchored your tent with weights,  such as a gallon milk jug of water at each foot of the tent or hung from the tent roof supports.

 

11.   All vendors must ensure they meet City of Orlando requirements for business licenses and permits.

 

12.  Vendor Booth fees are non-refundable.

 

13.  Applications received after May 7, 2016 incur a $10 late fee on top of the vendor booth rental price.

 

23.  Vendors are not allowed to sell or give away water.
