DISTRICT CONTINUES TO HAVE LOWEST CRIME IN MARCH

Law enforcement officials want to remind you when you use ride sharing services to check your pockets back seat and trunk for belongings before you are dropped off. Many drivers travel long distance in pursuit of the "hot zones" and you may have to pay for their ride to get your belongings back or make arrangements to get to them.

If you see anyone working on the Air/Vacuum machines at gas stations that looks suspicious please let the manager know. There is a group of thieves targeting all these machines in several States.

LOWEST CRIME IN ORLANDO CONTINUES IN FEBRUARY

For the month of February our district had the lowest crime reports according to OPD. At the county level, we experienced 18% reduction compared to last year.

We also partnered with the security team from the Mall at Millenia. Their state of the art security is one of the best tools to help keep our visitors safe.

Our law enforcement officials want to remind you to make sure your cars are locked and your valuables secured. Even though we enjoy the lowest crime in the city, the majority of reported activity was related to visitors and residents leaving their spare key in the car, the garage door opener in plain sight or leaving doors unlocked.
