The Health and Harmony Spring Festival is a four-hour event on May 15, 2016 featuring free health services, live music, activities for children, food trucks, arts and crafts vendors and local businesses. Proceeds go to local improvement initiatives such as roadside utility box art adornment and improvement of Semoran Boulevards image.
